In the WHO recipe the alcohol is 96º. Most often, consumer can only find 90º alcohol. I adjusted the recipe accordingly to have the same alcohol degree in the final solution.
Mix up in your container:
- 100 ml of 90º alcohol
- 1 small spoon of 3º hydrogen peroxide (eau oxygénée)
- 1/2 small spoon of glycerin
- 1 small spoon of cold boiled water (2.5 spoons if you use 96º alcohol)
